At the MWC, the demonstration of the new Start menu showed an interface in the form of "Honeycomb" (the famous HoneyComb).
Unfortunately, the look of this interface is highly criticized. During the recent MIX09, Microsoft then demonstrated a re-designed Start menu (very slightly): no hexagons, the icons are enlarged, but remain entangled in a provision.
