Gay Spots Chicago South

First Look prerequisite material WM7

Since the official announcement of MarketPlace and its openness to developers, we have read everything and anything (especially anything!) On the conditions for integrating an application in the Marketplace .

Indeed, we are talking here and there of operating conditions worse than those on Apple's AppStore!

It is time to say to review these terms of use, or rather just read ... You
find on the Microsoft site
.

They are:

Prohibited Application Types:

1. Applications That Are distribute gold marketplaces for alternate content types (applications, games, themes etc..) Sold or OTHERWISE That Are Distributed Through Windows ® Marketplace for Mobile. 3. Applications that promote or link users to a website, or contain functionality within the application itself, which encourages or requires the user to purchase or pay to upgrade the application outside of Windows® Marketplace for Mobile.

4. Applications that enable VoIP (Voice over IP) services over a mobile operator network.

5. Applications that sell, link to, or otherwise promote mobile voice plans.

6. Applications that display advertising that does not meet the Microsoft Advertising Creative Acceptance Policy Guide http://advertising.microsoft.com/creative-specs screen145 . 7. Applications that replace, remove or modify the default dialer, SMS, or MMS interface.

8. Applications that change the default browser, search client, or media player on the device.

9. Applications with an OTA (over the air) download >10 MB.

10. Applications that run code outside Microsoft runtimes (native, managed, and widgets)

11. Applications that publish a user’s location information to any other person without first having received the user’s express permission (opt-in) to do so, and that do not provide the user a means of opting out of having their location information published. 12. Applications that publish a user’s data from Their mobile device to personal Without Any Other HAVING Received The first user's express permission (opt-in) to do so, And That Do Not Provide The User has opted out of moyen de HAVING Their published data. A "user's data" includes, without limits, contacts, photos, SMS ou autres text communication, browsing history, location information, and Other Data Either Stored On The mobile device or Stored in the "cloud" attainable goal From The mobile device

We'll try to explain these 12 points in a most objective manner possible. Are prohibited on Marketplace:

1. Applications that compete with or provide MarketPlace selling applications, games or otherwise, already for sale on Marketplace.

clause to avoid to create competition through its own service.

2. Applications that are advertised for competitive solutions for Marketplace and selling applications on MarketPlace.

Same as clause 1.
3. Applications that propose, via a website or directly into the application, a feature upgrade fee.

Again, this is a protection clause of the MarketPlace, but also prevents the user to buy anything outside the Marketplace, with the risk that stock. It should be noted that this concerns only upgrades PAY.

4. Applications to make the VoIP network via the mobile operators.

This time, there is a clause protecting the mobile operators, which, it must be remembered, are Microsoft partners in the MarketPlace. However, it should be emphasized that this prohibition applies only to VoIP via the network operators (and therefore GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G/3G +). We can therefore infer that applications like Skype that work via WiFi are welcome.

5. The applications offering packages of mobile telephony.

Again, protection for mobile operators.

6. Applications offering advertising not approved by Microsoft.

We can talk here to protect users against the advertising necessarily required. One can think of advertising for "adult".

7. Applications that modify, replace or remove the dialer or SMS and MMS interfaces.

Again, this clause can be there to protect the user and the mobile operator. The user, as an interface completely different from the original one can be confusing. Operators, for helping people not using the original products or set up by the operators (in the case of ROMs operators) is very difficult.

8. Applications that change the browser, media player or the search engine on the device.

This clause seems unreasonable. However, it will surely be applied in cases where the actual application changes any of the default without giving the choice to the user.

9. Download the applications is greater than 10MB / downloading applications over 10MB of data.

This clause is the most difficult to understand. It is either prohibit applications> 10MB or downloading applications elements> 10MB. However, it is doubtful that Microsoft is missing out on streaming applications.

10. Applications using nothing but managed code, native or Widgets.

This effectively bars the "small" applications based script.

11. Applications that publish the location information of the user without the express approval of it.

This condition is purely there to protect the user. Do not disclose such information without her knowledge is perfectly understandable.

12. Applications to retrieve user information without their express consent such as SMS, contacts, browser history ...

As the preceding clause, it is still protect the user.

It is also important to remember that even if an application is not approved by Microsoft for one of the reasons above, you can still install it by yourself. And yes, MarketPlace are not the only means of obtaining or installing an application. XDA-Developers Forum has a bright future. I hope you have better visibility of what will propose the Marketplace, and you can make your own opinion about its conditions of use.

What Weave Does Meagen Good Have

Windows Marketplace for Mobile: the development

We will present our test of the second edition of the Diamond by HTC.

The device

We have repeatedly tested the first Diamond, released almost a year ago already, and the first thing that we were delighted to find a 1100mAh battery that came with the phone that allows a range of about four days. This is what was incredibly lacking in the Diamond 1 with its battery of 900mAh.

The phone itself has an undeniable family resemblance with the first version. However the back shell is more shaped diamond facets but smooth and lacquered.

A zoom bar was added just below the screen and four buttons are present below the phone (pick up, windows, feedback back, hang up).

The rest is pretty standard HTC: volume buttons on the left side, bottom extUSB port, stylus right and power button at the top. Note that the power button is much better than the Diamond first name.

The Packaging

IMG_1218 As we reported earlier in another article , we were quite disappointed with this package. Accustomed to

better from HTC, we would have liked something more polished in the image Package the Touch HD. Even the micro SD card or just a cover missing. This is the big black spot Diamond2. Using

The first thing that jumps is the reactivity of the camera ... Woooooh! HTC's TouchFLO 3D really optimized for Windows Mobile 6.1! Any answers immediately, easily and without any hitch. Even if the hardware is virtually the same as the Touch HD, it should be noted that the reactivity of Diamond2 is truly superior. IMG_1214 The perfect example being the time to launch the Opera browser: there are none, it simply Now! According HTC, the upgrade to Windows 6.5 will be free. Hoping that this new ROM is as well finished as the original supplied. IMG_1215 The buttons are comfortable to use and respond quite well. There are more and backlit. IMG_1216 The Start menu of Windows Mobile has it been replaced in favor of the application menu from HTC, taking the concept a little of the Start menu of Windows Mobile 6.5. absolutely must speak also of the overlayer TouchFLO 3D. This new version (codenamed Manilla 3) goes further in makeup / changing the default interface of Windows Mobile. We talked just above the Start menu has disappeared down, pressing a notification icon at the top of the screen displays a dedicated interface for contacts is also modified, allowing a glance , view / send an SMS to that contact, view e-mails received from that contact, or even calls to see him. IMG_1217 A Calendar tab is also being introduced, replacing the (only partially) the old version built into Windows Mobile.

The other side of this huge overcoat is that memory consumption is really important to boot, 70% of memory is used! For comparison, using a version of "core" of Windows Mobile 6.5 - yes yes, 6.5 - the Touch HD, we only use 28% memory ...

To continue the game use, we found light sensor a bit slow to react. Indeed, it is faster to increase the luminosity to decrease. The zoom bar can be used in several applications (Opera, photo) We have not really appeared essential, we would have preferred that HTC opted instead for a slightly larger screen.

A design flaw comes from the "home" which is actually the hang-up button.

Indeed, it is then enough to want to return to the home screen when receiving a call to hang the person who calls us! HTC should have chosen a home button instead of a Windows button which is not very useful.

Finally, the stylus magnetized novelty on Diamond 1, is not present on the phone. We returned to the pin.

Conclusion We were very pleased with the responsiveness especially on the phone. At hardware, it has almost the same features as the Touch HD but responds better. A smartphone that we recommend highly! Pros: buttons pleasant

very reactive

nice design

1100mAh battery

  • Cons:
  • home button = hang
